Commando 273 c.i.  small block rated @ 235 h.p., 4bbl carburetor with unsilenced air cleaner, single plane intake manifold, 10.5 to 1 compression ratio, high-overlap cam, solid lifters, dual point distributor.
Other features:

4-speed transmission with factory Hurst shifter, the Formula 'S' option included Commando 273, Rallye suspension package, special Goodyear Blue Streak tires and tachometer.
